How much should it cost to replace the torque
I had mine replaced at the dealer for $2100.00. It was covered under the extended warranty. Ours was replaced because the torque converter wasn't unlocking when the RPMs were low. So we had pinging of the engine. It was cured with the torque converter. Ours is a 2005 and it was last summer it was done.
2005 Acura MDX - navigation
U need to input the anti-theft code, this code came with the cars original paper work, it was a credit card sized piece of paper, it wants u to input that code. If u don't have it u will need to contact the dealer, the code is stored on the manufacturers main frame, this is the only way to get the code easily.
2002 Acura MDX Navi won't spin-up or release the DVD w/o display
its not the base problem its the display problem.if the base is disconnected from the display it will not work.because its the display which gives command to the base.if the display is not working nothing will get supported.but it can also happen if the whole unit is dead.so first its necessay to replace the display.that will clear the doubt.if still after replacing the display nothing works that means whole unit is dead so base also needs replacement.but if base is ok then after replacing display it will start supporting as you give any command.

Headlights
The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly,
behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator
support.
You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam
(separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and
lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal
adjustment screws as well
Park
your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height
from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams
and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same
bulb, only do it for the lows)
For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then
aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall.
If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.
For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.
Navigation system is locked up after battery replacement
Found the SN and CODE on the white label attached to the side of the glovebox. SN begins with a "B" followed by 8 numbers. The 4 digit code can be entered into the navigation system to unlock & reset the unit after a power disconnect.
I have intermittant false indications of low time
Most tire shops have the computer to hook to the system and verify that the sensors are working correctly with costing a fortune. Can also tell you if something else is causing problem with the system.
2002 Acura MDX door lock fuse blows
It sounds like the circuit has a short in it somewhere. You can check for grounding with the same tester your used to measure the amp draw. Connect the tester and put it on continuity, this should sound an alarm when a closed circuit is detected. Move the harness around to see if it goes off.

2. torque on caliper bracket to knuckle is 80 to 100 ft lbs
3. get the best pad you can get ,its an Acura . I recommend Bendix import quiet ceramic pads.
