On your next clutch replacement make sure you take the flywheel off and get it machined flat, install a new pressure plate and friction disk and replace the throwout bearing also...Don't be cheap and try to get by with just a friction disk...do it right and it will work for a long time. and take your foot off the clutch peddle when driving!

If the oil level on the engine dipstick is correct, and you used the correct oil, then it is unlikely that you have done anything to damage you engine, however it is normal to also change the oil filer when you change the oil, did you do this. How did you check that the transmission oil was at the correct level and how did you top it up. If the oil has been regularly changed at the correct interval, and the engine has not done huge miles, then it is unlikely that you need to do an engine flush. It is easy to do yourself, as you use an engine flushing oil, run the engine for a short time, and then drain this and put regular oil back into it.

If jump starting one hooks up backwards, even just a moment, it is possible to blow a fuse or fusible link, and on some cars even damage the ECU or other components. Check all fuses, then fusible links. Good luck.

More likely than not you wore the parking brake pads down. The parking brake pads are seperate from the rear disc brakes. They are a drum style. The rear rotars are designed to work as both drum and disc.
I would say in 20 miles you did little no no damage to drivetrain.
Typically when you get a brake job they will adjust the parking brake shoes. It is extremly easy if you have already gone and removed the brake calipers. Essentially you pull off the rotor (you would need a tool for this called a puller. not expensive, maybe $10. Something somone doing your brakes would have. Once the rotars are off you just turn a star gear.
This might add $15-20 to a standard brake job. Maybe $50 if the shoes need to be replaced.

there is a switch unit on the transmission that reads the position of the shifter. This fault can be from damaged wiring or a poor connection in the plug from years or corrosion and dirt. Locate the plug and disconnect it. Use electrical contact cleaner or coca cola to clean the pins on both ends of the connection. Reconnect it and clear the fault. Then cycle the shifter from park to 1st and back at least 3 times. If the fault returns replace the unit. https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.subaruforester.org%2Fvbulletin%2Fattachments%2Ff88%2F37217d1337467837-failure-start-diagnosis-help-inhibitor-switch.pdf&ei=yw0oVa7WDYWlsAWD0IIY&usg=AFQjCNGB80w-7SFTqVhTssWan9-FJaAG5Q&sig2=Fshz5kP1DIT8T4W-n4j1fA&bvm=bv.90491159,d.b2w

It usually take a few days and a few dozen miles for all the rediness monitors to reset. The car must go through different types of drive patterns during this time, including stop and go traffic, steady highway driving, a few quick accelerations, and quick stops.
