2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Page 4 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Where is the A/C drain tube on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
my guess, is you are asking for the condensate drain the fail to say why , so we can know whats up...
yes, do put us on same page, really./
ok, its connected to the bottom of the evap core box,
in usa most are at passengers toes. (seated)
it goes to the floor and to bottom of car and you get that clear puddle of pure water there on road, as all cars do.
it's just a drain. pipe, a simple pipe.
and loves to pack with FUNGUS and MODE , due to dirt + water makes mold.
i use a coat hanger wire to back feed it and clean it
or better those home sink drains cleaner funny plastic rods,
with hooks on them. it make easy clean out.
Spare low pressure light stays on
TPMS
the tire pressure must be at door jamb spec, is it?
get any tire store to scan it? it shows, pressure, temp and ID
the tire must be scanned to see why.
buy the tool
or get it scanned,
there are only 2 ways.
the jeep will autolearn new sensors. btw.
they even work parked once activated (new)
driving activates them (as they spin a switch closes to do that)
the fsm covers this,
if you need the page can send.
How to remove turbo
old post
i cut it all off with plasma cutter
and weld all else closed.
but im a cave man.
My esp/bas light stays on
the operators manual is clear on that, did you read that first?
it says "get the car serviced" clearly
if you work on cars, do you? thne we scan the systems with the scan tool first. to see if there are complex hard errors.
like the ABS sensors, (not bas) sensor dead. (ops a road hazard hit it and broke the wire there, dang.
then if no hard failures.
first is not ESP (that be last dead last)
the first is , the brake must work perfect if not , the ABS can not
work correctly with bad brakes.
so check fuses.
scan ABS for errors
then do a full brake inspection, takes me 2 hours. but my guess,
youve never done brakes, right,, your self?
not even a full inspection?
- leaks? (fluid)
- pads worn out?
- caliper pistons not sticking
- rotors not cracked, or wrecked, surfaces.
- caliper guide pins not seized. (they float free?)
- emg, brake not sticking on partially?
- wrong sized tires on car (or just one , omg)
- ABS sensor parts damaged at axles ends.?
- bad wheel bearing, seizing or loose.
etc... etc.... and more.
My uconnect stop working. How do I fix it?
Try to turn off and on your Bluetooth on your phone, uconnect might not connect your phone automatically if it's not your favourite. You can see on your settings on uconnect. If that doesn't help, take it to the dealer, it might need a quick update. Good luck
Trobleshooting oxygen sensors
Best way to see if 02 sensors are working is to unplug them one at a time and see how it runs after you unplug each one.

Fan motor not working on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I had this same thing happen to me in a Buick Lesabre. It ended up being the blower relay. There was 2 relays for the blower motor. One was called the high blower relay which controlled the high speed. The one that fixed the problem was the blower relay that powered up all the other speeds. I hope this helps.
