You can check the plugs on the bottom of the TIPM/fuse panel for corrosion. If none found, suspect the fuse panel. I replaced a lot of them this year. 05 and up. All Chrysler products.

jack the front end up as high as you can and let it run, works most of the time. If thats dosnt work theres a coolant vacumn fill tool you can use. Could also be the blender door coinsidently got stuck at the same time you installed the core

It's in the engine compartment IOD#2. It's a black module with two fuses in it. Take that module off and replace the 20 AMP one.

That is probably a fault with the sensor that detects a person sitting in the seat. That sensor is there so that if no one is in the seat and you have an accident the air bag won't go off. You need to take this to a dealer as it requires special tools to re-calibrate the sensor once it is replaced.

You need to remove the wiring connector immediately behind the bulb. Then, turn bulb counter clockwise and pull out. The install procedure is the exact opposite. Here is a link to a video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAg6wnDQEJA

did you turn the keyon?
plugged in the cab OBD2 16pin dash connector .?
this connecter DLC ,on pin 16 must be at 12vdc or the tool will not work. (key on)
this pin is fused, so if fuse blows, tool is dead.

code readers, they are mostly useless.
but if compelled to use a tool that only sees 1/100th of the data. sure.

and were sold from 1995 to now
and the old tools do no work on new cars, 2004+(about) (I one many scanners from all years)

our car, (usa fed laws) uses the newer Can-bus.
and that means you tool must be Can-bus certified.
(can bus uses special pins)
pin 6 and 14 must be present on the tool and working. or tool will be DEAD.

here is your cars DLC port
F16 fuse must not be blown.(JB box)
