Rather then guessing an just replacing parts , have a qualified repair shop hook up A/C manifold gauges an check the system . Can tell you what's wrong in just min. (it is only blowing slightly cool air. I suspect it is the orifice/expansion tube and want to know if I can change it out myself or reair it.) Don't suspect , that's guessing . test don't guess . Are the A/C pipes going in through the fire wall cold ,have ice on them when A/C is on ?

You probably have a poor earth on a rear light cluster, if you can find the earth wire ( often goes to the body close to the lamp) that will be the problem and it will need cleaning or a new terminal putting on.

Your only problem friend, is the temperature sending unit/sensor. Upon cold start, this sensor wil tell the computer to go into cold start mode putting a bit more fuel in and raising the idle a bit to keep it running when cold without using the throttle. Replace that sensor and your good to go. Makes sense, right?

it could be a problem with the wiring with the sensor. You would need a multi-meter to check the wiring. Diagnostics cannot tell if the sensor is bad, only that the information sent does not agree with what should be reported.

when did it make the clicking. was it when turning sharp, if not it is another issue

back firing ( explosions in the exhaust) can be from fuel mixture too rich and unburnt fuel is getting to the hot exhaust possible causes for that are excessive fuel pressure , leaking injectors ,leaking injector seals backfiring through the inlet manifold can be calve timing, ---cam advance servo-- valve staying open ---valve clearance , problem hydraulic cam follower , incorrect firing order for the plug wires, crank/cam position sensors or wiring IN this country there is a joke about jeeps Santa was late with the presents because he bought a jeep ( jeep add about Santa buying a jeep released by jeep) Don't send it to a scrap yard as there are people who can fix jeeps

Stop leak can cause the radiator ports to get clogged. But if your car isn't getting heat, it's probably your heater core. The heater core is usually burried in the firewall between the engine and where you or your passenger put your feet

not sure what type vehicle we're talking about here, although you can lube up the rack and pinion or grease up your upper, if so equipped, and lower ball joints.

Didn't notice which Jeep model/year you have but if it didn't have those issues before, make sure you don't put the filter on backwards.

My best advise when starting to trouble-shoot MULTIPLE ISSUES is a start at the MAIN BATTERY & GROUND connections. (unless your CHEROKEE has recently been flooded). Start at your battery posts and move METHODICALLY through your main body (ground) & Starter cables (battery) and make sure the connections are clean and tight. Look for corrosion, breaks or discoloration of insulation or any signs of heat... Unless you are in a terrible rush... Cabin air filter maybe clogged , if your vehicle has one . google cabin air fliter for your vehicle.

How about plugs wires.

I would take it to the shop that did the repairs and take them for a ride and let them know it started after the repaired the brakes.

what did the shaft look like, and did you notice a burnt smell when you took the shaft out?

You have a rusted e-brake cable that's not releasing after applicaiton.

Maybe this won't hurt, but to get info: Make an audio recording to analyze it. Inspect with bright light the undercarriage around wheel well. That's all I got. G'luck.
