Tac and speedometer not working. What's problem?

Jeep XJ it is. the Cluster is a computer. brain, a stand alone display. fuse 16 in PDC (cluster memory fuse) and fuse 9 in JB . runs it. JB is cab fuse box. so what works in the cluster, all things, but not speed or tacho. engine runs ok scan tool show no DTC errors.? all warning lights in cluster work? at self test key????? if the PCM can not comm, to the cluster, the cluster can not show tach or speed, can't , and cant update odometer either does the odometer roll moving>? i bet not the cluster is a stand alone unit, with puter brain (processor) fuel guage work? if the scan tool shows U codes or C codes and comm errors that must be addressed first. (cause) see? you cant fix cars, with out a $5 scan tool, cant. why not buy one and use it? ask how, 1000's of choices here... and more.

P0443evap solenoid how I fix it

You didn't say what kind of car this is, but a P0443 code is typically a Ford code. The evap solenoid is located on the passenger side, near the firewall where the A/C filter dryer is. A vacuuum hose is connected from the solenoid to another switch called a flow sensor and then to the fuel rail.

My vehicle runs rough under 2000 rpm or over 3000 rpm, I checked spark plugs which are all good.

Get an engine diagnosis before you start spending money. Could be the timing.

What type of rear end could a jeep Cherokee have? not sure on the year? Maybe 2000?

Not a dana 44 I bet. Dana 30 or 35, perhaps. If you google rear axle identification your should find a chart which reveals all.

Where is the a\c evaporator core located for jeep cherokee?

The a.c.and heater cores that you speak of are inside the cabin behind the glove box. But that's the location, to access them the whole dash must be removed. its worth replacing a few problem parts once you open up the case that holds them, like both cores and the blend door

The button the gear selector of my 2000 Jeep Cherokee won't push in so that I can move gear selector from park to reverse

Make sure your brake lights are working, the shift interlock may not be getting signal from the brake light switch to release the shift lever. If they are working, the problem may be the shift interlock switch.

Button gear selector will not push in so I can go from park to reverse

You may get away with replacing the handle parts. Junk yard items. You might have to replace all the shifter mechanism. The handle comes off from a set screw on the front of the bottom part of the handle. There is a small hole in the handle to put an allen wrench in it to unscrew it. Sometimes the button breaks. sometimes it is in the console.

I have a 2000jeep Cherokee limited. When I crank

which engine, we can not guess engines here. not ever. (rare) this is called a XJ car. 2.5l or 4.0 liter or the Diesel???? ok electrics 101. all electronics and electrics have a rule of power is low, things go nuts. its like not eating and blood sugur drops then you drop. same deal; each part has a rule for this but im not going there, (can but wont) the starter goes dead at 8v if the battery is weak many electronics goes nuts at below 10v. varies by year and make of car and all options on the car. for windows, IM NOT GOING THERE> way too complex of topic that. (mix of parts) so when the door goes nuts, what is the battery voltage a tech, uses a voltmeter, walmart sells one for $10 in auto and in the elect. department. is the battery too low, cranking? here are the 3 rules for the battery after cleaning posts. 1: charged battery rested , is 12.6v. not in siberia , summer temps. 2: running engine battery voltage is 13.3 to 15v, if not the battery drains. 3: cranking, most books show 11v. but if not below 10v your ok most the time. but who knows, that? nobody on earth. why not use booster jumper cables to a running other car AAA STYLE? if the noise goes away, then may be , the battery is low battery discharge or battery is weak (bad) or you have parasitic drains. or the charge system is bad. KEEP IN MIND i cant hear it. so... all my answers will sux.
