Could be plugs, plug wires, coil, distributor cap, or rotor. I would first do a compression test, because of the year.

no symptoms posted, just a vague sensor quetions most cars have at least 6 or more sensors for engine , transmission and more. inboard of what , radiator? left, right? if car is in usa, get car scanned first. or post systems or buy a scan tool.

detach both ends. (if only 1 end removes the...) pull out cable reverse above add,just free play to it work right, at latch. test last.

well one if the door sensors are tipping. did you read the chapter on the anti theft system yet? in the FSM or at alldata.com diagnosis is not all that easy. but step 1 is , finding which sensor tripped, and then testing it. (it might even just be rusty) on most cars this old we defeat it . as they can be problematic. old connections love to fail.

fuel pump relay should be in the engine compartment on or near the fuse box

In fact, you can. The large transmission pan has two plugs in the bottom. The higher one is a fill plug. The lower one is a drain plug. The proper procedure for checking the level is: A) Drive vehicle until transmission reaches operating temperature (go for a 30 min drive). B) Park vehicle and apply emergency brake, run gear selector through all gears (engine running, pausing 5 sec.'s in each gear) from Park, down, and back to Park (very important to be in park when checking level). C) Immediately remove the upper fill plug and check level with your finger, it should be just up to the hole, fill as necessary. NOTE: If more than a dribble of fluid drains out when you first open the fill plug then it was overfilled or the procedure was not followed. Use a catch pan under the hole just in case. Filling of the fluid is by means of a small pump and hose, commonly found at auto parts stores.

(CKP 101 class) the crank sensor if fitted (some engine have none before 1996) can only be in 3 places 4 deeper. at crank front pulley (behind) in mid block (yes funny placed) Bingo? at fly wheel edge or hidden behind it (trans pulled then fly) so where is yours. well, the fsm covers this or on any car you can attempt to buy one for free at any online dealers parts pages. if full graphic details of it and its placement. the 6VE1 engine, knowing the engine real name make finding facts 10x more easy and free photos of all parts on it, "goggle that" lets try the free way. isuzuparts.com but they have no photos of all engine parts, but do sell it. CKP,$$$ just answers dot com (ASE pros) states (first google hit btw) the reluctor ring is located between rod bearing 2 and 3 finding some parts for Isuzu cars, is very hard lacking real dealers with all parts. but you can buy this in any store. after market parts abound, you can not mix sensors from one engine to the next. do not attempt that, match your engine, and year,! there it is, does a photo make it easier to find?

no voltmeter, working blind. my guess engine runs ok>? huh? 3.2 or 3.5L or? and only 2 codes (DTC'S) right ?> can it be,,, well it can be lots of things.. you never said what engine is there, must we guess that. to fix any engine, we need to know, what it IS first then remove wallet and see, ok i live canada or not. as you may not know smog parts vary by COUNTRIES LAWS. so ill pretend you said USA on this USA forum........ what else can i do?> but beg locations......... first off the answer to your question is yes, and for all cars from 1988 to now...(ECU based EFI cars) but why assume the worst case. why not do the tests. why not read the manual on the car the FSM, (alldata.com) see how it works its and electric motor driven EGR, and with a feed back sensor. i dont have the DTC list. in usa documents or hard to find on this mostly dead car maker here..... (find dealer and a book? good luck) best i can tell is 402 is excessive. and that means the feed back is stuck wide open. bad egr main. end story. P1404 (that 1 means factory code only) custom. and means opposite of 402..... cleaning the exhaust path was best ploy. now it can flow, so next is the valve must open and close with PCM control and last the read back sensors most work. one way (sometimes works) is to leave the EGR connected but removed from engine key on 3 times and see if the EGR does a reset cycle. some cars the EGR will cycle 1 time, each key, on the smart hope that doing so, can unstick it and not allow engine to stall. so look doing that. if that works the readback sensor is bad. see below as ? ive done may EGR system.s and helped trainees' let me do EGR rules. 1:exhaust path clear. 2: motor above on pin 1 and 3 works. 3: read back on pin 1 works. keep in mind the EGR may work perfect and zero NOX pollution, but if pin 1 lies (bad pot). telling PCM its bad and is NOT. keep that in mind. and pin 4 must be at 5v or the sensor will be dead. I think this pin 5 is PWM modulated. at poin 3 and 12vdc at pin 5 for pwer. pin 2 is ECU quite ground, 0v. the car is old the EGR main is old what is the chance the main this old is still good, not much in IMO.

You will need to strip out the inner door trim and look at the window mechanism when operated. I imagine all will be revealed. Its possible something has come loose or jumped out of position and a good DIY person or home mechanic will soon work out what's wrong. Try a breakers yard for another if required or an auto spares shop or ebay etc.
