This one is pretty easy to figure out. Your seatback isn't working correctly. Okay, I'll grant that my answer may seem pretty obvious, but, it really isn't, please hear me out.

When you yank on the handle the pawl that engages and locks the seatback into position, so that it won't move, is removed from its receiver. In this mode, the seatback moves freely back and forth as there is nothing to prevent its movement back and forth. You use this movement to find the exact seatback angle for you and when you have, you release the handle and the pawl is reengaged and the seat is locked. (There are various safety features involved that assure you that your seatback will remain locked in position. While the pawl and receiver are quite sturdy, you cannot depend on them alone in a crash. So, there is at least one interlock device that engages when the pawl goes home. The interlock helps to "rigidize" the seatback so it doesn't move.)

What is happening in your car's case, though is this, the interlock may be broken so that even if the pawl releases from the receiver, which it apparently is doing, your seatback remains locked because the linkage between the handle, pawl and the interlock is not working. You will have to have the interlock (it could be that device) and its linkages repaired before the problem will clear up.

I don't see any online reference to that code: Are you sure it's correct? How did you get it? Most codes for the standard OBD diagnostic system begin with a "P" followed by four numbers. Many auto supply stores will let you borrow a code reader (free) with instructions on how to use it (in the parking lot). It's usually a quick and easy way to check the codes.

I'd go with, enough to get the suction line cold, anticipate about 30 oz total from vaccuum point. No more freon, try furane.

Some of those do it yourself alarms or starters kit want you to splice one of the wires on the the ALDL to get power. Those wires often get damaged. I'll look under there and check. My cigarette lighter fuse was blown and caused mine not to work. Also, some vehicles have fuses inside and under the hood.

A constant drain on a battery will shorten it's life. If you have a wire shorted out somewhere on your vehicle, it could be draining the battery ever so slightly, start by looking for a dead short in the system.

Having same issue I replaced it but not back to 02 sensor low voltage.I'll bet anything I'm still researching but all of us replacing parts and it doesn't help. I hear there is a Body Control Module somehow integrated in the cluster that controls power to relays and other modules if there is a short or ground issue the whole car has issues also the vehicle security control module if it has a short or ground issues kills the OBD 2 port as well somehow it in the ignition system short or ground issues similar issues. Hope this helps all of us!

When you turn the key on the ASD relay should turn on the fuel pump and power the injector, Do this lets cheat the system go to the ASD rely open the cover expose the inside have some one turn the key on does the ASD make contact? If not turn the key on collpase the ASD so it make contact do you hear the fuel pump come on? Now try this just as how you iopen the ASD do the same to the starter relay. Put the car in gear e brake on someone in the vehicle in case the car start and you are in front of it and it runs you over so at least they step on the brakes. Key on ASD exposed as your collapse the starter relay does the ASD relay turn on? Here why if you can control all the relay from under the hood you will need a ignition switch (the eletrical part)

Check for 5 volt reference signal at the TPS - throttle position sensor , could have shorted sensor causing the problem . Do you know what a computer 5 volt ref. signal is ? Video's on youtube . Your engine computer controls the starter motor relay which turns on the starter . Free wiring diagram's here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine . Under system click on engine ,then under subsystem click on starting . Click the search button then the blue link. Find the starter motor relay in the under hood fuse / relay box , pull it out an look at the bottom , where the pins are . You should see four set's of numbers , 30 , 87 & 85 , 86 . PIn's 30 & 87 are for the power feed to starter , pin 30 should have battery volt if tested with a voltmeter . If you jumped pins 30 & 87 with a piece of wire if the starter is good an battery cable an connections are good the starter would spin the engine over . Just so your not confused , jump where the relay plugs into the fuse box , not the pins of the relay .

5 volt reference

If the 5 volt reference is good , check power an ground circuits to the PCM - engine computer .

If that is good , suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop for more indepth testing .

I would be checking the external regulator ( if it is not internal in the alternator ) as that will stop a charge for the battery
