Install a back flush kit on one of the heater core hoses to see if you can get any rust out of the core. Chech both heater hoses for the same temperature with the heater on and the engine up to normal temperature. Both hoses should be the same temperature when touched. If one is colder than the other, that indicates no or severely restricted. If both are the same temperature, then the blend door is most likely not operating.

If this is the 3.5 the thermostat is where the lower radiator connects to the engine remove the hose and housing and replace the stat

U have a failed steering rack internal seal, the leakage causes the hard spot, most likely the seal surface is scored allowing fluid to leak by at a certain position of the wheel. Try getting a bottle of LUCAS oil brand power steering sealer and conditioner, it really works. also check and see if the PS fluid is disclored, if it is get a cheap turkey baster and **** out as much fluid as possiable and add clean fluid.

You might be able to use a shorter belt and not go around compressor pulley. Use a length of string to get a rough idea of what belt you need.

Try by going to an auto parts store. advanced auto, autozone, ETC. tell them you need a belt for your car without a/c. Most of the time you can get one! This will bypass the a/c motor. God-Bless!

I would replace thermostat. Cheap fix usually. The thermostat could be sticking closed. It is typically located where the top radiator hose meets the engine and usually only has a couple bolts and a gasket to worry about.

Wendy, the heated seat relay or switch could be bad, a good tech. may have to run diagnostics on it and locate fault and give estimate for repair. In the meantime instead of unhooking battery, look in your manual and find the heated seat fuse/relay and unplug it, verify seats are not heating up and then leave fuse/relay out until you can have it checked out or try a new relay and see if that corrects your problem. Also if you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are home, call someone on your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the other person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the phone on their end. Your car will unlock.

However if everything else fail to unlock the door or you are not confident enough to perform the job, the last resort would be calling a locksmith.
