AC and heating won't blow.

incorrect about the insulation it will most likely be the climate control module that has failed and needs replacing as what the dealer has stated

No heat coming out even when the 2006 jeep commander is warmed up.

if blower blows, say so.http://jeepdied.com/no-cab-heat.htmlhere is the basics. on this. pure basics.fuses good.blower blows.engine at normal hot temp, 180- 200f is normal.heat BLEND damper open? (electric motor driven damper it is.)controls not bad. (be it manual or ATC system)hot water is flowing through the heater coreand both hose hot. 150f is stated as normal in the SM.then heat happens.if car is ATC, then scan it. How u know your fan no good

The first indication of a bad cooling/radiator fan is that is not turning. Or equally, that the vehicle temperature gauge indicates that the engine is getting hotter than normal. A noise from the fan may indicate that there is a bad bearing in the fan. If the fan is not turning it may not be the fan itself, but the fan relay or thermostatic controlled electrical switch could be bad. To check the fan itself, a jumper wire can be run from the battery to the battery. To attempt it, disconnect the fan plug which should have two wires, and attach the positive wire from the battery to one contact point and a negative (ground) wire to the other contact point. If the fan turns on, then the fan itself may be good.
