No heat coming out even when the 2006 jeep commander is warmed up.

How u know your fan no good
The first indication of a bad cooling/radiator fan is that is not turning. Or equally, that the vehicle temperature gauge indicates that the engine is getting hotter than normal.
A noise from the fan may indicate that there is a bad bearing in the fan. If the fan is not turning it may not be the fan itself, but the fan relay or thermostatic controlled electrical switch could be bad.
To check the fan itself, a jumper wire can be run from the battery to the battery. To attempt it, disconnect the fan plug which should have two wires, and attach the positive wire from the battery to one contact point and a negative (ground) wire to the other contact point. If the fan turns on, then the fan itself may be good.
