The control module has several internal clock or timer circuits. The DTC P2610 diagnostic monitors the internal timer circuit responsible for the ignition OFF operation of the evaporative emission (EVAP) system vacuum leak pump. If the there is an error in the control module timer, a DTC P2610 sets.

I own a 2006 Pontiac Vibe and I had the front and rear brakes replaced in 2007. Since that time I have put 17,000 miles on the car. The dealer says that I need to completely replace the rear brakes. This doesn't seem right to me. How many miles should the brakes have. It seems like it is too soon to be replacing them.

Remove the 3 bolts and any wiring and with a little wiggling the lens asswmbly will come out. The lower bolt may be hard to access as it is between lens and bumper

use a test light and check for power at the motor. if you have power then the motor is bad.

Replacing the flap motor can be relatively difficult to replace because it requires removing the dash in most cases. It is not overly expensive and may not be worth the effort to do it yourself.

In most cases you do especially if it is a power mirror. If it is manual, you may only have to remove the plastic triangle panel to access the 3 bolts securing it

is the water leak allowing the water to wick up into the headliner or is the headliner getting wet without water coming past the weather stripping around the door?

If it is wicking then fix the weather stripping.
If the water is getting headliner wet with out passing the weather stripping then you have a leaking sun roof.

You can the door seal by sitting in the car while you have some spray water (garden hose) gentle at the frontal and upper door seal.
If not leak there inspect seal of sun roof and real seal with correct type of sealant.
