2002 Expedition heating
have you checked the coolant level? also the hoses after the engine has been running for a while should be more than warm, they should be hot. the in hose should be so hot you can not hold on to it for long.you may have a plugged heater core, try removing hoses to front and rear units and use a water hose to flush, do this good, start withfront one stick hose on one hose and see what comes out the other end of the core, then which to other end of the core, you may need a small hose about 3ft to slide onto heater core end to then put hose nozzle on the other end of small hose then hit handle to force water through. do this to both cores.

My 02 Ford expedition started to shake when I turn
If your vehicle is a 4 wheel drive, than you are probably driving in 4low or 4 high on dry pavement. Put it back in a4wd (automatic 4 wheel drive) position and this shaking when turning should stop.

The electric compass and temp. display isnt
I believe that the mirrors and entry issues are not related to the overhead console. Compass/temp failure is a very common problem with many of the mid 2000 Ford truck and SUV overhead consoles. The console is very prone to internal failure. If the dome lights work but the compass unit does not then it is a faulty computer unit. I offer a reasonable repair service with a lifetime guarantee, check it out: www.autoclockrepair.com
There is a bunch of useful info there. Drop me an email if you have questions, thanks!

2002 expedition heater dont work in front @ all
Would to get in a warm workshop and head under the dash as i think well sure their is a problem with the flap over the top of the heater core rad ,could be a vacumn pipe perished so its not opening or the operating mechanism but if the worst came to the worst case scenario i would hold it open with a spring or a elastic band ,nothing worse than a cold motor especially in ice road trucker land

2002 Expedtion 4x4 light does not come on
There may be some loose whires going into your transfer case which will disable the 4x4 light, your speedometer, and cruise control. And if u were in 4wd when a wire became loose then it will stay in 4wd until fixed. Also check any vaccum lines not connected.

Does my 2002 Ford Expedition have air suspension?
If you dont have the air suspension switch....that is a good sign that your vehicle doesn't have it. You can also look under the rear of the vehicle and see if you have coil or air springs. Good Luck

Not sure when overdrive is on or off
Overdrive acts like a final gear. It's easily noticed if it is on or off when cruising at higher speeds, as when operating the switch you will notice the engine revs alternate between higher and lower rev ranges. When the engine revs drop, then overdrive is on, and when they rise, then it is effectively off.The overdrive function works just like any other gear in that it reduces the torque from the engine to the wheels, and allows the engine speed to drop. This isn't always beneficial when climbing hills or towing however, or when driving hard, as you may prefer that the gearbox wasn't always changing gear into overdrive, as overdrive reduces the torque from the engine as a means to increase fuel economy and reduce stress. It is for this reason that the overdrive can be disengaged, effectively reducing the number of gears in the gearbox which you have available to you.So simply put, for most drivers, in most circumstances, they will not need to turn the overdrive off.In answer to the light on/off, the majority of vehicles have overdrive in the 'OFF' position when the light is on. It's a reminder light (amber) that you likely aren't employing the best fuel saving technique.
