HIGH PITCHED WHINE IN THE BACK and under MY 1991 FORD EXPLORER
Could be the electric fuel pump if so equipped. What area(s) of the car the the fuse control, that should give you a hint. Some cars have a fuel pump system that the pump kicks on and off to keep proper fuel pressure up in the fuel lines. If not working right will run battery down in a few days.

You do not remove the pulley. Take the pump to the auto parts store ,and make sure to match up the pulley with the new pump they give you.
Today must be P/S Pump Monday. These things last about 20 years.

91 won't start. The battery is fully charged but
sounds like the starter motor. you could try tapping the starter with a hammer while the ignition is being turned, if it is stuck, this may free it. if not you will either have to get the starter re-furbished, or buy a replacement

EEC relay fuse
There are 3 relays mounted below the fuse box .
The green I believe is fuel pump relay and the brown is EEC. The third relay is for the A/C WOT.
It is possible the wiring is shorted, check there, it is also possible you have a bad fuel pump.
Please let me know what you find.

Fuel reset switch
unless u had an accident exceeding 3 g's the fuel pump cutoff switch will not trip, u just have a defective fuel pump most lkely, the switch however is located in the cargo area side panel, this is outlined in the owners manual.

go to autozone.com put in your make and model if they dont have one try going to the store and buying the book for your model the book only cost around 11.00$ and i know this will have the diagram in it

I have a 91 ford explorer 4.0 4x4 automatic
down at the transmission is an adjustment you can make to hopefully get it bak to park on the left side of the transmission you will find a cable with a nut at the end loosen the nut and move the lever on tranny until it locks into park. if it doesn't work get help from a tranny shop too complicated. and a major job to replace park pin

2 options. Find a tow truck company and have them go through the window with a " slim jim" tool to open door, so as not to ruin it, or take apart the interior panel
