I am in a very precarious situation. I had to resign from my position working for the county of san diego, due to PTSD. Now, /when my i ran out of funds, i had no place to go and a peer i met in 'sober living' suggested i move in with her to care for her temporarily as she was having surgery...I moved in April 2014.....then in exchange for housing, she suggested that i care for her three pets and the home....while she is incarcerated for a period of less than two years....i agreed reluctantly...i have signed on to the month to month lease.....i have not paid rent but have supplied food, allowed her use of my car, and housekeeping. the situation has become very scary and of course is a result of my choices in desperation and not dealing with a full deck of cards....she has exhibited agressive behavior and i feel that i am verbally harassed and stalked. So much more, but the bottom line is: what are my rights (i have not directly paid for rent) and liability (as isigned the lease) and do i have remedies should she continue her behavior till she is incarcerated. i am trying to find housing...actually since i came here in april....thank you for your time...

turbochargers will "wind down" on diesel engines..this is a normal funtion unless the blowdown circuit cuts in then it momentarily sounds like no exhaust .. its just loud..does this have a cummins in it?? some use caterpillar but thats kinda rare..

if there is no blown fuses then you will have to check the wires at the back under the truck with a test light to see were your loosing power that feeds the tailights.the tailight wire is a brown wire,you could have a damaged wire or broken wire.

In the fuse panel inside the vehicle in the number 7 position there is a 30 amp fuse for the high beams and the "flash to pass". I would check that first. I gave you a diagram below of what your fuse panel should look like. I hope this helps and good luck.

diesel isn't it, first thing to check is the glow plugs, one bad one will cause a no start, check them with a dvom, and check voltage going to each, other than that check pressure from the fule pump to injector pump
