No radio and power windows, replaced fuse, blew again
If it happened at the same time...
It could possibly be the GEM module. If you have any other weird electrical issues like your dome light staying on or your automatic headlights not working then it's probably the GEM module. If it is the GEM then you have to have the new one flashed(programmed) by the Ford dealer. The GEM is basically a computer for all your non-critical electrical stuff. The ignition and fuel systems use the main ECM computer while everything else that is secondary will go thru the GEM.
Of course it may just be a common power wire or circuit that operates your power windows/locks and radio that has a short or bad relay or switch. The main driver side switch will distribute power to all the locks and windows. If that switch is not getting power then it none of your windows or locks will work. The radio is usually on a separate circuit and operates thru a fuse in the fuse panel. If these things happened at different times then it's probably a wiring, fuse, relay, or switch issue.

Will not start, fuel pump not working and no fire
chec fuses then look in engine area for any flaws in wiring--could be a computer issue-may want to disconnect the main plug -in then clean area and plug it back in--try to get car scanned by a mobile mech--computer may need to be reprogramed

Dash board gauges are dancing
Hello, Have your Alternator checked. When the insides of the Alternator break down it can charge the Chassis and your gauges will go goofy.
Would like to know what you found when you fix this van.

How to disconnect anti theft
It is hard to give a definite answer because I don't know which and how many wires were damaged...Anti theft can be a real HEADACHE.....You can begin by disconnecting battery cables..Use your VIN number for parts,Get new ignition with a programmed factory key from dealer only.....They probably blew certain fuses and or relays when this happened...Or maybe not..Install new ignition connect battery cables..,turn switch on just to check for bad fuses and relays...Disconnect battery again...replace any fuses blown...Connect battery again...( Each time you disconnect battery it resets the computer system and should clear anti theft codes..)..make sure all doors are unlocked by using door remote key fob....Now see if vehicle will crank..If all is done correctly it should start...However I don't know how much damage was done.....It may possibly be too much work to totally disengage anti theft....You could start with removing all fuses and relays related to anti theft but disconnect battery before...I DO NOT RECOMMEND trying to disable the theft system.....You may create more headaches that you want.......Begin by trying what I described just to be safe...!!....
