instead of fixing the broken column go to local salvage yard and replace the entire column it should take you about 2 hours to replace it not even that. it is too much of a hassle to fix a broken part in the column itself and the repair will not always help out in the long run. The coil and ignition module are part of same assembly, follow the spark plug wire, spark plug on one end, coil/ignition module on the other end. I was going to ask, how long since a tune-up? Are there any applicable trouble codes? Are missing anything besides spark? Did you check primary voltage at the ignition module? That is a fused circuit.

Timothy, Open circuit in electrical system, failed PCM/TCM, faulty or stuck shift solenoid, failed speed sensor. Have checked for diagnostic codes to aide in diagnosing and a good transmission tech. give estimate on repair. Solving Transmission Problems

Yeah Ford sucks for this. When there isn't a manual, I pull them all and look. This gets rid of the corrosion problem also. I have fixed to many just by pulling the fuse.

There shouldn't be air in the fuel rail. If the fuel coming out of the rail is coming out in spurts, looking like air, it is most likely due to low fuel pressure

The brake pads and shoes are not elec., your abs light is on because your abs computer pick up a bad signal from one of your abs sensor's,, take it to any auto parts or some one like autozone where they can do a code reading and get back us with the code so we can help you diag. your trouble code.

This will occur if the control solenoids that are located inside the pan on the valve body, are malfunctioning. First, i would check the fluid level. if the fluid level is proper, have the tranny flushed and change the filter as well. If this doesn't fix the issue, go ahead and replace the control solenoids.

This might work if you have the following symptoms
