No hot air
Sounds like the problem lies in the thermostat, When the engine thermostat fails to close fully, the engine coolant temperature may fall. Low engine temperature causes several problems and may cause the heater to blow cool air. Make sure about that.
Gauge cluster turning off

Have a 2003 thunderbird with 3.9, have oil leaking
You probably have a bad seal some place in the engine block. Has the car overheated? The manifold gaskets on the engine may be eroded and allowing the oil to spill into the cooling system. This left unchecked can cause major problems if not already. This can be hard to locate and expensive to repair and still may not fix the issue if they cant positively locate exactly where the leak is occurring.
Install headlight switch
Ensure that the knob is fully seated, is so check that the switch assembly was installed correctly behind the dashboard. If this is all correct then the part was probably meant for a different vehicle, return the switch and double check with the store you got it from or just cut 1" off the shaft.
