Need a diagram for 1984
The pulley is pressed on to the shaft and to remove this requires a special tool called a power steering pump pulley removal and installer tool, you can borrow these from most O'reilly/Kragen auto parts stores free of charge. If possible it is best to take the pulley off before the pump is removed from the vehicle. Instructions for using the tool come in the kit, but here are the general instructions for a Ford C2 pump. At the bottom of the page is picture of a Ford pulley puller, remember the tool removes and also installs the pulley.
Next to the process of rebuilding the Ford type C2 pump. I know a really great tech article with tons of pictures of the job, it is much better than My service manual which only contains general; instructions and few illustrations. Remember Factory manuals are intended for use by trained professionals, so much of the simple general knowledge stuff is assumed to be known by the technican. I will say as a retired Ford dealer tech that I would just buy a rebuilt pump, they are very cheap.
Here is the URL web link to the procedure to rebuild the pump:

I'm trying to find the
On a 94. The switch on mine is located behind the kick panel on the
passenger side. Remove the plastic panel right next to the passenger
side door.
On a 95 it's up high, under the dash, on the plastic panel by the
passenger door. The panel said "fuel reset", pointing to a hole. Reach
in, feel around, press down - didn't even have to remove anything

When i turn the key
the ignition switch has a control rod that goes down the steering column and that goes into a small electrical switch down just above where your shins are when you are sitting in the drivers seat. the problem could be at this switch((??)) -- on thing that I would look at would be to see if you infact have power going to the starter solenoid ( use a volt meter ),, also check the starter fuse and the ignition fuse. and use your meter to check the column switch also before you remove it. if it is a bad switch and you have a tilt steering wheel - make sure you follow the replacement instructions to a ' T ' --- the linkages in the column can be very tricky.
if you need further help - please feel free to write me back here and I will do my best to walk you through the steps.

HARD TO START IN THE
with a vehicle this old one or more of the rubber fuel hoses may have cracks in it causing air to be pulled in and losing its prime to the carburetor. also the pump may be worn out inside causing this problem. the carburetor has a accelerator pump on it that may be worn and this is why you have to prime it to get it going. have you done a fuel filter in a while? hope this gets you started

My 1984 ford econoline has
Right off the bat, I don't think you'll ever find a wiring diagram for taillights on two completely different makes of vehicles.
Best suggestion is to get a 12 volt test light and one by one check the wires going to the rear of you vehicle. Start by turning the parking lights on and then probing all the wires (one at a time) to see where voltage is present. Make a list of the colors of the wires associated with a particular action. Do the same for brake light, back up lights, and turn signals (both left and right).
Once you have established this base of info, start touching a wire (say, the left turn signal) to wires in your taillight assembly until you get the desired reaction in the Chevy taillight. Again, make a note of what combination of wires produces what result. Be patient and you can work your way thru this and get it to all function the way you want.

The interior lights remain on
More than likely the door switch is shorted to ground. Look on the hinge side of the door at a little button that is pressed in when the door closes on it(thats what turns on your interior lights when a door is opened). Check both driver and passenger buttons. You can get screw in replacements at any auto parts store, and maybe even one of the sales personnel will install it for you. Just takes a minute.

The Battery test good , the voltage regulator is
see diagram below. There is a fusible link between the starter relay and the battery. If that link has blown, it is preventing the alternator from charging. This link may be in the relay box or may just be that the wire has burned up. Let me know if this doesn't fix it.

sounds like you have a fule pump fault,,,the battery fault is strange??
unless the pump has a short on it, draining the battery,,,
the alternator will very soon pack up if you keep running it without the battery hooked up

Im having trouble with my 84 ford econoline
It souds like your system is overcharging..... check to make sure the charging system is charging between 13.5volts and 15.3volts at 3000rpms if more than that the voltage regulator is defective and needs replacement,if this situation occurred and the van was used for an extended period then you may have cooked the battery too... It will not be long that it may go bad.
