Brakes keep locking up
Your e-brake cable is causing this,happened to me,my driver side e-cable was bad causing that side to lock up,messed up my drum.You must replace the e-cable.There's a hole on inside plate,maybe with a rubber plug,you can remove plug and get flat head screw driver and put in hole and push star screw to take pressure off brake,but it will keep locking up till you replace e-cable.check your drum to see if brake shoe ate into it,if so replace the other side one to.This problem will cause you u-joint to go bad,did mine.

There is some very wrong information here. Do not remove the cap or mess with the rotor! As someone else said, go to probetalk.com jumper the t/en test point to ground to disable the automatic timing adjustment - after that it's pretty standard procedure.

As exhaust parts get older, the flex joints, and any moving seals wear and allow more fumes to leak.Sometimes, a hose can start leaking related to the emission system allowing fumes to escape.Usually a flex joint will develop a leak more rapidly if the motor mounts and torque struts allow the engine to move excessively.You can start it cold, and with your hands around any sealing areas, should notice the exhaust leaking. Have a friend push a rag up against the tailpipe to restrict the flow, as you listen up front for leaks.Good luck !

you have to inspect were the valve cover meets the head and inspect the gasket between them to see if you notice any oil leak seaping out from between them,fluid flows down not up or sideways.so if you notice a leak from this area and there is only signs of the leak from this area that goes down in direction then its a valve cover gasket.if the leak is coming from above then the leak is coming from something above the gasket and you will have to do further inspection.

make sure the starter is tight and your battery cables are clean and tight if automatic try putting it in neutral if it starts you may have a bad neutral safety switch if it is a stick try push starting if it starts you may have a bad clutch switch also check for a starter relay if u have one try swaping with horn relay and see if it starts

you have an oil leak and when you step on the gas pedal the preasure inside the engine makes the oil come out faster and when it hits any part of the exhaust it starts to smoke i would find the leak and replace the gasket
