How do you drain the gas tanks on a 1989 Ford Econoline Club Wagon?
Not sure if you can get at it but..Look at the tank where the fill hose comes in and see if you can loosen the clamp and remove the filler tubeit would be easy to siphon from there.I would also change the fuel filter. The fan clutch,,if you grab it by a blade and spin it ,it shouldn'tgo around more than a 1 turn or less. If it spins any more it is bad.If you can't get at the filler neck, since it's fuel injected you could pump the fuel out at the filter connection.. Have to jump the relay tho.

1989 E-250 Front Wheel Problem
Spray some penatrating oil around the center of the wheel, and let it sit for a few min. With the tire off the ground, rap on the back side of the tire, on the edge of the rim, but be careful not to rap it to hard, as you might dent the rim.It won't hurt to grind a little bit, just enough to remove the rust. I do it all the time.Hope I could help out.

2004 E350. Will not engage
Needs new Friction discs, more pressure is applied in 1 and 2(low) so its catching enough to move. But in drive just does not have enough. If the torque converter failed usually it will still move just incredibly slow like your starting off in 3rd
