The lining on the roof on teh inside of the car
The fabric has come loose from the backing and the backing has turned to dust. Get a good set of goggles and a breathing mask, rip the fabric away and scrape the dust off the backing with a wire brush. Vacuum up the mess and drive safely. Or you need to replace the head liner which does not cost all that much and is not all that hard to replace. You have to remove all the door moldings, and sun visors, any over head lights and the rear valise molding at the rear window. It's up to you, I have pulled many a fabric out and cleaned up the head liner, even painted a few. Instead of replacing the thing.

Headlights drain batery when driving
The alternator must be on it's last leg, pumping out only enough juice to keep the dash light from coming on and not enough to run the car and the lights at the same time. Make sure the belt is tight, If the battery stays charged enough to start every day, I would blame the alternator. Taking the part to the auto store to get it checked will tell you.

What type radiator fan do you have? Fixed cconstant , viscous variable speed or electric?
Does it run cooler at highway speeds above 35 mph?
What is the pressure range on the radiator cap?
Is the coolant mixed at approx. 60/40?
Is the condensor and radiator clean and able to pass enough air?
Is the fan shroud on?
Genuine concerns, let me know, good luck

Check your wires, and the wire loom. They are contacting somewhere.
Look at the wires going back to the tale lights. they come from the brake light switch and they run together with a whole lot of wires. They may have melted some where.

Wont rev past 2000 rpm
Hi:
I am not sure what happens on your car at 2000 rpm, but sometimes a partially plugged fuel filter can cause that sort of behaviour, so it is worth checking out.

The air/vent control is accuated by vacuum servos.
Check for a leaking or disconnected vacuum control line ...- from memory the most common vacuum problem is with the connector on the firewall behind the glovebox (it can get kicked out of place by the passengers feet).
Check that air direction vane pivot is not seized up by rust or dirt,
