I got 2000 f250 that has started blowing fuse 1
I have run into the trailer plug harness and the plugs themselves getting severely corroded cause a back feed issue which will blow fuses as the system is directly tied into the truck lighting system. Check the trailer plugs both the four wire and the seven and see if they are all green. The four wire is usually the the bad one.
Transmission wont go drive
First, check your transmission fluid level. If it doesn't register on the dip stick you need to add fluid. Also, if you can register a reading on the dip stick smell the fluid and see if it smells like burnt eggs. If so, you have an internal problem and many need a rebuild. In any event, you should take it to a transmission shop and have it checked. It may be a valve body and solenoid issue. Need a shops diagnostic equipment to determine these issues.

My gauges dont work and it wont accelarate
Without knowing more about the problems my suggestion would be as follows: 1st: check your fuse box to see if a fuse has blown. That might be the problem for the gauges not working. If not, check all the connections under your dash to make sure none have dislodged. 2nd:the acceleration could be a few things. Check the air filter to see if it is really dirty. If so, change it. Check the fuel filter to see if it too is dirty. Again, if so, change it. If both of those are okay, it could be a problem with the turbo or perhaps the fuel pump or a clogged fuel line or a bad sensor for the catalytic converter. If this doesn't help solve your problems I'm suggest you take it to a shop that can run a complete diagnostic to pull codes to see what the issues might be.
Restarting problems
The first thing you need to check is your coolant level. If it is low then the Coolant Temperature Sensor will not be in coolant, but in air, or steam, but either way it will signal the computer that the engine is cold and therefore deliver a very rich fuel mixture, flooding the engine. It could also be the engine temp sensor itself, sending incorrect temp readings to the computer. Either way once the engine has been allowed to cool down, the false signal to the computer will be correct. If the truck is emitting black smoke once it warms up, then this would be another sign that the Engine temp sensor is bad.
