Generally speaking, yes.
You could drill out the lock cylinder, or remove the switch on the bottom of the steering column.
The steering wheel and shifter would still be locked.

These cars have a factory amp system that will not operate correctly with an aftermarket stereo. You have two choices. You can either run new wires to the speakers your self which would bypass the factory amp. Try a new antenna temporarily--just hold the mast base in your hand. Water can enter the antenna cable from outside which shorts it out. Hope this helps!

leave cap off as car runs add fluid as needed til full you will see bubbles coming out the radiator as you fill

Won't run really bad if you just have a check light on
but performance won't be so good.

you must have a leak somewhere. Your coolant will not boil unless you have a leak. Check for leak traces of fluid the color of your anti-freeze. Your radiator cap is spring loaded and with time the spring gets weak.
Check that area for leak traces. The easiest way to check for leaks is to look at your driveway. if you have a coolant leak the fluid traces will be on the driveway. Don't mistake your air conditioner water leak as being the coolant fluid. The anti-freeze coolant has a sweet smell whereas the air conditioner fluid is just plain water being removed from the air inside of your cab.

The speedometer is electronic in this car and it is defective with this type of problem, and you will need to remove the entire cluster from the dash and send it out for repair or find a used one in a salvage yard.

Pull the inner door panel and have a look at the rod from the handle to latch. make sure both ends are hooked up. If not, hook em up

I would block the wheels and have someone look at the transmission while moving the shifter to make sure the cable is still connected.
If the cable is connected something inside the transmission is broke.

The flasher is located somewhere under the dash to the right of the steering column.

There is no relay, it is part of the ICM, you can cut the ground wire which will let the fan turn all the time, but that will burn out down the road. Just replace the ICM = $100
