1990 Ford Bronco XLT w/ 4inch lift and steering

Have you looked to see if your steering linkages have any interference or binding?

hard to tell without pics.

May need steering link from the pitman arm to the steering arm needs to be changed with a drop link.

Like this for example http://www.carjunky.com/partstore/?N=0&Nr=AND%28make:Chevrolet,model:K10,year:1986,brand:Pro+Comp,sku:E37GDL40,part:Drag+Link%29&cid=M1172623864W45e4d1f8afe06&cjid=cj15830531084b81cb2eb1562

and I know this may sound stupid, but did you make sure that your steering box was turned to the middle and not all the way to the right? just something that I did on my bug that drove me nuts for a few minutes.

last thing is
The link from the steering box to the driver side steering knuckle is either adjusted wrong, or it needs to be changed out.

I'm guessing you didn't take it to the alignment shop afterwords. This is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

The alignment tech will change your caster/camber to reflect the new lift (because, yes it DOES affect these things when you add a lift).

AND, HE WILL CENTER THE STEERING BOX FOR YOU. Centering the steering box is ONLY DONE with the link between the steering gear and the driver side knuckle.

All of the suden started running rough, changed

could be a coil or even a ignition module issue. I doubt its a gas issue. Could be clogged injectors or even a failed injector. You need to determine what cylinder is misfiring by unplugging wires untill you find the one that doest change the RPM. Also a intake gasket leak could cause a given cylinder to misfire.

Rear differential leak?

leaking where? axle shafts? pinion seal? diff cover?
should inspect diff internals and bearings-may require overhaul not just
seal replacment. also check vent tube-if plugged will cause all seals to leak.

Brake lights

NO....two seperate problems...As far as the rotor, you may need to replace it, with some new pads...( If the rotor can not be resurfaced) ..Now you replaced the switch, and you checked your fuses...OK..Did you check the bulbs? And if all those things are good, then you have a open in your brake circuit.. Meaning you need to trace the wires back from the brake lights with a test light, and follow them all the way to the brake switch, or you can start from the brake switch go go back towards the lights..( It's up to you). Now If you go from back to forward, when the light comes on, thats where you will need to repair..from there back...Now if you go from forward to back, when the light goes off, thats where you will need to repair...Goodluck...

The arm rest does not move to a parallel position

Un zip the cover on the armrest and pull it up to expose the bolt hole. unbolt and remove the arm rest and see what parts are damaged, sometimes it can just be tightened.
