repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus I know a website that has very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime.

Check fuel filter/filters or just replace em than try it if nothing its carb time or injector issues or bad fuel try gas line/tank water remover iso heat is better if nothing still the carb needs a rebuild or the injectors are to blame

Its normally located in the engine compartment, look behind the fuse box cover it might have some signs to help your identify which ones are fuel pump relay and fuse.

Replace the head gaskets most likely. Your car must have gotten warm enough to warp the heads and lose the seal on the head gaskets. If you get lucky it may be just a leak in the intake manifold that is letting water into the oil, but fix it before driving or you will ruin the motor.
