check brake pads /shoes for lining thickness if drums check for ovality in the drums surface or disc condition check rear end suspension rubbers and shockys. check for correct operation of the brake portioning valve as the condition may be from the rear wheels locking up if it has ABS braking it may be the braking action , a combination of the items to be checked that is causing the problem

usually if you cant feel a brake pulsation in the peddel or steering, its the rear brakes that may be out of true (warped) if disk. Also bad shocks will no longer dampen braking in rear.

When the anti theft system was created,the dealers forgot to tell the new car buyers about how much the fob matters to the vehicle,without it,owners are stuck,your anti theft device is activated,you need to lock and unlock your doors a couple times with the key fob,not the key,and then you need to put the key in the ignition and start it,if you dont have your key fob,call your car dealer to get a new one,they are programmed for each car only,you cannot bypass it.if you lost your fob or never had it,whatever,you need to have the exact fob that came with that car from the factory,the key and fob have a chip in them that only go to that certain car,if you do not have it,then you need to buy a new one from the dealer or ebay and then you need to contact your dealer about programming the fob to your car,you might not have to have it towed if they have the documents from the car,the only other way is to get a junk car,with the steering column,key,fob and all computer boxes and door locks and switch them,i just did that with a 98 dodge dakota,and it works.

I had the same problem with my, 03, hemi. I did not wait 15 min. turn off and back on was all that was needed to reset, "red flashing light lower right hand ". though another 8 or 9 on off's, Engin Light also goes off, untill next time. All i did was pulled off my Air Intake box and hose, so i could get to butterfly on throttle bodie, sprayed carb cleaner in there. and it was very dirty. after put back togather, give it a few.... mine did not start right up, when it did idle real ruff even died few times...Once the computer re adjusted ran like it did when i bought it....that was 2 weeks ago, still no eng light, no flashing red ones either.

Hi Richard: Before resorting to too much force, try turning the steering wheel. One way will be really stiff, the other not so bad. Gently wiggle the key as you apply pressure to move the steering wheel. If it's an automatic, it also won't hurt to jiggle the shift lever. Patience.... you'll get it.

the reason for hard shifting and selection when running is that the clutch shaft ( input shaft) is still turning even though the clutch pressure plate is released it can be from oil/grease on the fly wheel /pressure plate face causing it to stick when hot it may be from sticking clutch plate on the splines binding when hot or it could be a dry spigot bush or failed bearing in the end of the crankshaft that positions the clutch shaft check the pedal height adjustment and the position it is from the floor when starting to engage It may be adjustment under the dash

The instrument panel is loosing its connection to the PCM. Generally caused by loose connectors or dirty pins. Most common location is the under hood breaker box. disconnect + battery terminal...1) Remove box and clean the large screw that connects to contact under box. it gets dirty and grease builds up...2) using ohm meter set on lowest scale measure from - battery to both chassis and engine block...must read less than 50 ohms...if you read 2500 ohms (Example) there is a bad ground from battery to fender, firewall and engine block...You can purchase ground straps...Install straps from - battery terminal to both frame and block...3) check for frayed wiring harness from steering column by emergency break...4) Disconnect all connectors to PCM and clean contacts with DeOxit (radio shack carries this product) ...These are the common faults...If this list does not yield a fix let me know...saailer I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/david_6df67de3b14de867

This may not help but I've been driving dodge trucks since the late 80's. Every one had f-cked up wipers. EVERY stinkin one.

I'd have the battery checked at an Autoparts store. If ok, polish or scrape batter terminals and inside connectors to get bright metal.for a good connection.
