Check that the idle speed is within specs. It sounds like the idle is too slow. Has it thrown a code? Like the speed sensor malfunction? It is either a sensor malfuntion or the main computer needs replaced. Only testing of the individual components will reveal the answer. 

Change fluid and have modulator checked/replaced.

Seat belts lock up when the belt is pulled on as the pendulum is rocking, and it could have been released at this time on a hill. This would make the belt lock up. But it should not do that when it is coiled up as the spool is full and the lock is pushed out of the way. You may have to force it to release by pulling and jerking on the belt as you are standing out side of the truck, not moving! Use a flash light to check the pocket for debris....

on the rear end there are about ten bolts on the back cover on one of them is a metal tag remove the bolt clean off the tag and you will see some numbers that tells you what you have,to know call the dealer with that information.

If you can get under the truck - Follow the gas line from the tank forward. The filter looks like a tin can with the line coming in one end and out the other. It is generally attached to the frame about the middle of the vehicle. There is a filter in the tank that is attached to the inlet of the pump - that filter does NOT need to be changed.

Not sure on this vehicle, but you may have a bad resister block on heater housing that control fan speeds. If not, perhaps the fan speed switch went out in dash.

sounds like you have water entering the bores.Due to a slight leak from the head gasket.

Blower Motor Resistor $60-$70. Located on Venting Case to the left of the Blower Motor.

Did you check the E-brake ? if not that take a look at the brakes ...transmission

check your wiring to the ALT.probably a burnt wire check around the exhaust manifolds

In the fuse box there is a break type relay that there on. Sounds like it could be going out.

If it is like most cars the rotor slips over the hub. If not remove the hub and see if there is a bolt there. You have to hit it pretty hard, like with a small sledge hammer with a block of wood against the rotor.

I assube you mean a B. All 24v B's have three possible places up to '03. One the rear of the head, between it and the fire wall. Two, above the lift pump, the large line T's from the head and the pump returning to the tank. Three, at the rear of the injection pump on the mount. Can't miss em. They are 3/4" or 19mm (same size). Good luck
