You could try keylessride.com. click on the products tab and then directly under it click on remotes. It will prompt you to enter your year make and model and then give you pictures of factory and dealer installed remotes. is it the front or rear locking up? you really have to have this truck loaded (load valve under bed) before the back brakes come on and i think these are the same as my 1999 2500 where the rear is only abs, and not on the front..dumb design i know, but thats how it is...determining if its rear abs only and which axle is locking up will help pin point the problem...i put 100000 miles on my dodge since i got it in 2001 and i put 8 sets of pads on the front and just changed the rear lining and thats only because the rear wheel cylinder was leaking causing the rear brakes to lock up..

Are the tie rod ends tight? Is the trac bar (frame end) tight? The steering boxes on these trucks require more input that a 1/2 ton truck or a car. How is the alignment? The caster on these should be set to about 5 degrees, the original specs allow a lot of wandering.

For the brake lights check that no fuses are missing. Then check them all you should get a fuse tester. Go to the junk jard and get the cover if anything. For the headlights its common for moisture to get in the headlight bulb connector or harness and get corroded. Take the bulbs out and clean the connections with a wire brush or how ever you choose then put as much bulb grease as you want on the connection. This should take care it. Clean the inside of the harness too.

if u have u joints there should not any fluid near your bearing other than grease... if it is leaking anything other than that it is probably brake fluid... i would suggest checking your brake cylinder and brake line leading along side the passenger side

Check the large probably 100 amp fuse under the PDC cover. Is this a 12 valve or 24 valve engine? If it's a 12 valve, it may be a bad crank sensor. It tells the PCM to turn on the ASD relay which supplies power to the alternator field.

Just a guess, but it should be similar to Dakotas. Look for a tee near the vacuum line going to the power brake booster. On the Dakotas, this tee also connects to another line going to the vacuum reservoir which is behind the firewall in the plenum below the wipers.
