First, you have to retrieve ABS code, not Powertrain code. You are looking in the wrong direction. When there is a Faulty ABS code the Abs module remove the cruise control function. After you fix the ABS faulty code and erase code you will have the cruise control back again.

There is no reason that manual switches should lock up a new compressor that was installed properly. If the new mechanic installed the new compressor, he should fix it. check fuse #6. Swap the fuel pump relay with another identical relay under the hood. Pull the fuel pump relay. To pins should be grounded all the time. One pin should have power with the key on and one pin should have power with the key in the crank position. On mine I also lost power to my power windows and my power seats. and for that I ended up having to lift the carpeting on the drivers side and next to the door there is a plastic box with wires running into the top and a circuit board on the bottom and that was grounding out and stalling out my car and preventing it from restarting once I got that fixed the car seems to be running fine. hope this helps.

In normal condition, this telling you that the car has low oil level. Just check your oil deep stick when engine off at least 10 minutes to verify engine oil level. Top up oil if needed. I guess your car on low / minimum level just now.
Otherwise, your oil sensor gets malfunction.

Battery is dead. Poor cable end connections or a too old of a battery will do it too. Have the alternator checked out.

Make sure the heater core isn't plugged and the water control valve is working correctly.

Get another switch from a junk yard. the seat will not move manually. If you're going to try to jump the switch it's easier to just replace it.

Try cleaning the mass air flow meter. There;s a spray cleaner you can get at an auto parts store
