The intake manifold is very easy to pull off this vehicle, i strongly recommend replacing the intake gasket when doing so. Cannot find aftermarket repair manual however you can get a ford one of ebay hope this helps

Yes the power window fuse is in the fuse panel. If you are having problems with all the windows then it is a switch problem. If it is one window then it sounds like a window motor problem

sometimes just cycling the key on an off 3 times will reset the computer, but if your car will not start because of it you may have to to disconnect the battery for 5-10 minutes reconnect an cycle the key on an off 3 times. this should solve your problem

Check the fues panel. cig lighter fuse also supplys power to the OBD diagnostic connector. Check the fuses to make sure the guages fuse is not blown too. you will need your owner manual since ford doesn't put the descriptions in their fuse panel cover

A bad alternator or charging system will leave the battery low lights dim, should have the no charging indicator light on the dash and the car will eventually stop running as the battery looses its charge. Maybe you can tell us your problem and we can give you some mor info.
