can be ICP ingection control pressure sensor

you need a generic control module, it is mounted on to of the fuse box.

OK, first make sure that both heater hoses are hot, if they are then there is a little moter in the dash called a blend door actuater it moves the blend door from hot to cold it can be a pain to change. now if you have one hot hose and one cold hose you need a heater core and it is a major job to replace it now here is were it gets a little tricky in the past 3 or 4 weeks we have had 2 ford trucks come in with no or little heat and both heater hoses were just luke warm and after replacing the heater core and still not getting any heat we found that the impeller on the water pump was rusted away it still moved just enough water to keep the truck from overheating but not enough to supply the heater core.. You can disconnect the fuel line preferably on the top of the engine but the easyest place you can find Put the line into a plastic bottle turn the key to run to energize the pump and see what the out put is It should fill the bottle at least a thrid of the way up in about 5 secnods in general There is also pressure conciderations because the system dosen;t have any back pressure acting against it when the line is open But in general if it puts out a good amount of gas its probably good if not its deffinitly bad

The sensor was a recall item so you might get the dealer to change it for free... And they are cheap from the dealer as well.

The check engine light/service engine soon (yellow light) comes only when the computer control unit (called the PCM) senses a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system u will seldom feel the car engine run any different, there are about 200 possible faults that turn the light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen and Autozone parts stores do this testing for free.

its the fuel line that goes right next or under turbo, the factory bracket vibrates and makes a hole in the line need to be repalced approx 150.00

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Lamp Assembly —Headlamp, Aerodynamic Removal

1. NOTE: Make sure that the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.
   Remove the headlamp assembly.
   1. Pull up and remove the two upper headlamp clips.
   1. Release the lower headlamp clip.
   1. Position the headlamp so the connector can be accessed.
   1. Disconnect the headlamp connector.

Installation

1. Install the headlamp assembly.
   1. Position the headlamp assembly.
   1. Connect the headlamp connector.
   1. Install the lower headlamp clip.
   1. Install the two upper headlamp clips.

I'm assuming that the oil level is ok and the oil itself has been replaced along with the filter. In that case it grinds because either the valve assembly is faulty or the clutch pads are worn out. The tranny must be tested, the exact fault identified and taken out of the truck to be fixed.

It could be that you have picked up a batch of dirty fuel that has clogged the gauze input filter that is part ot the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.

Yes, it can be done, but it will be highly expensive as it will be necessary to replace the gearbox and the front axle and to add a transfer box , a cardan shaft and all the commands. In the end it will be cheaper to just sell your 2WD and buy a same year 4WD.
