Binding front disk brakes
The caliper or the slider bushings are binding.Remove the caliper mounting bolts, you should be able to move the sliders with moderate pressure by hand.If not, press the sliders out(with a C clamp or something like that) and clean the bore out.(a wheel cylinder honing brush works well).Clean the bushings with a Scotchbrite cloth, coat with silicone grease, and reassemble.

Replaced both speed sensors. changed
sounds like it's in default(2nd gear only) try key on engine off, press accelator fully four times ,this should clear the code then try it again,if it resets you will have to get the code.
Turn the key on-off-on-off-on and count the flashes of the check engine light ,for example 3 flashes then a pause then 2 flashes would be code 32.

Engine is black smoking and
Change the coolant sensor but check the coolant level first. If it is low fill it up & allow car to heat up. When the coolant sensor malfunctions, this is what to expect with these cars. It s located close to the thermostat housing. Good luck!

Hard to start in cold
I would suspect the Coolant temperature Sensor (CTS). You can check it with an ohmmeter or a scan tool.
The resistance should be 700 to 1,000 ohms at 200°F. If you test it with a scan tool, it should be plus or minus 3° of ambient air temperature when cold.

Rear tail lights not working, fuse keeps blowing
Sounds like somthing is grounded, along the way.. The easy to find it is using an inductive amp meter, and a 30 or 35 amp, self resetting, circuit breaker for diagnistics.
replace the fuse with the circuit breaker, and get it to start tripping, like pressing the brake pedal. Once it strarts cycling, follow along the wiring with the amp meter.... It will bounce wildly along the good portions of the wiring, and then give no indication AFTER or downstream of the grounded area....
