1991 Dodge D150 Questions & Answers
My 1991 Dodge Truck turns over, but want start.
If it is cranking over good, the first thing I would check would be the distributor cap and rotor. The early to mid 90s Dodges had some problems with condensation under the cap. It may not be real visible, but I have had to replace several caps and rotors, both at the same time. Also, using an air hose, blow out the bottom inside of the distributor. And if you can see the vent screen in the bottom, make sure it is clean and open. A lot of times they recommend just removing the screen and trashing it to help avoid this problem again. This is all I know to tell you with the info you have provided. There are a lot of things that will make one not start, fuel psi., crank sensor, etc.

Make sure distributor cap and rotor are good. Make sure there's no carbon tracking or corrosion inside the cap. Make sure the carbon button isn't worn out. Contained within the distributor is the ignition module. This would give you a no spark condition.
