Break pedal is hard to push
its usually a bad brake booster that makes pedal hard or stiff. just type in on computer, ' power brake symtoms " in search bar. this should lead you in the right direction.

1988 blazer turning over but not hitting 4.3 s10size
I've replaced a bunch of fuel pumps and ignition control modules on these style blazers, take the air cleaner off and look at the injector to see if its spraying gas, then check spark with a spark tester.

What is dynaride?
Dynaride means that your rear shocks have electronic level control. There is a sensor mounted to the rear suspension. If you add some luggage or persons to the car the rear lowers. The sensor senses this down movement and starts the air compressor which is mounted in under the hood (left fender area). This compressor pumps air into the rear shocks compensating the additional load, so the car remains at proper level all the time. If you start the engine with a delay of about 20 secs the compressor should run for a view seconds to build up the minimal pressure the system needs. If the engine is stopped also with some delay of 30 sec. the release valve opens to vent out all the air.

92 LeSabre idles fine, runs rough when trying to
Some "check engine" wraning light there? If yes, I suggest scanned the computer to know exactly what fault code is stored there. Could be a problem with fuel injection system, air intake line or other sensor refer at this systems (oxygen sensor, IAC, MAF or MAP sensors).Keep us updated.

How do I replace the thermostat in my 1992 buick
Open the Century's hood. Follow the upper radiator hose from the engine to the coolant outlet housing, on the upper portion of the engine's side.Remove the bolts holding the coolant outlet housing to the engine, using a socket wrench and an 8 mm socket.Pull the coolant outlet housing off the engine, by hand. Shove a rag into the outlet housing to prevent debris from entering the engine.Clean the sealing surface on the engine and housing, using a gasket scraper.Remove the rags from the engine and coolant outlet housing. Start the engine and let it run until the temperature gauge reaches operating temperature.

Have no reverse but other gears working
I never actually did any auto trans repair when I was a dealer tech, but I do believe you're looking at a broken reverse sprag(this is probably gonna require a removal and disassemble of trans)I will admit<Aamco did a pretty good job on my 98 Voyager(I didn't have a lift in my home shop at the time, plus I figured out renting another car for my wife to drive would have made my costs about the same). The quickest solution for the average do it yourselfer is probably a Jasper rebuilt unit.(The special tools aint worth buying unless you plan to do a LOT of transmission rebuilds)

92 buick lesabre 97000 miles, on slow
This sounds like a vacuum leak prob. At low acceleration there isn't quite enough vacuum for smooth shift.. But romp on it and it creates a vacuum at the same rate as your gas is getting sucked.

1992 buick LeSabre transmission troubleshooting!
92 Buick lesabre 97000 miles, on slow acceleration, @ 40mph going into 4th gear there is a mild chutter, same @ 50mph going into OD mild chutter and when down shifting from OD to 4th. All is when slow acceleration. When I say slow acceleration, I mean I drive like a older senior citizen when everyone behind me is annoyed I don't just donor and go. When I do romp to accelerate quicker, there is no chutter at all. Fluid is good and at perfect level. Any ideas? Great car just wondering the scoop is

Starter and fuel shutdown on 1992 buick lesabre
This could be the BCM or Body Control Module that has gone bad or needs to be reset.1 Press and hold the unlock button on the keyless entry remote. Wait for the alarm to disengage and the headlights to flash one time.
2 Insert the key into the ignition. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position.
3 Wait 10 seconds. Look at the dashboard warning lights to make sure that the "security" light is no longer blinking.
4 Start the engine to make sure that the vehicle is operating properly.

there is a pressure switch on the ac drier that is the big silver can looking thing by the dash under the hood... if this goes bad the ac compressor will not kick on and the fans will not run when the ac is turned on... if the fans are not running at the same time of the ac compressor it will not blow cool..
