Have the system pressure tested by a shop or someone with a pressure testing kit and see where the leak is coming from. Most often it is the water pump that is leaking.

the flashing, beeping oil light is oil pressure, not level. low oil pressure means that the oil is all there, but its not flowing properly through the engine. dirty oil, a dirty oil filter, heavier than normal weight oil, a failing oil pump- any of these could be the culprit
