You may need to prime the master cylinder first. Disconnect the line at the master cylinder and place your finger over the hole. Have some gently pump the pedal while you finger acts as a non return valve That is when the pedal is depressed allow fluid to escape and when the pedal is release use you finger to stop air getting back in. If you have a line that is higher than the slave cylinder (where the flexible hose joins the steel line )loosen here and depress the pedal and retighten before the pedal is released . Keep doing all procedures until you get solid fluid out. Finally bleed out the slave cylinder as normally would be done.. Remember air collects at the highest point in the line and fluid will not move as a solid block but will run past the air and not push it out so you have to bleed the high points.

2006 FORD WINDSTAR HANGS WHEN I TURN LEFT
This is most often caused by a defective steering gear box, called the rack and pinion. Have a front end repair shop drive it and they can quickly confirm my guess about the problem.

Van is over heating when I go past 60 mph
Check the radiator is it clean and not rusty and has good flow? Look in the front of the Radiator or AC core and see if a bag is blocking it or any caked mud or dirt. Repair what you find. If the radiator is full of rust remove it and have it cleaned by a radiator repair shop or better yet just replace it. Make sure the thermostat is working good, replace it if it has never been replaced. There is also a slight possibility the impellers on the water pump ware rusted off.

How do I remove the alarm system on my 1996 Ford
The PCM needs the module inline in order to get the correct input in order to allow the ign and fuel to turn on. There is no easy way for what your asking. Best bet is to get it diagnosed and fixed. It will be alot cheaper. There is no info on how to remove the alarm from the system. If there were, any thief would have access to it. Only info is to repair it. . I'm not sure its even that module thats your problem. You may have body control module and a lighting control module. Both of these are known for draining batteries when the key is out of the ignition.
If it were easy to bypass it wouldn't be security.
