I recommend you check the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm for proper installation and tears. Did you get a new one with your rebuild kit?
90 chevy 350 tbi crank no start, truck was started
You first need to check the fuel pressure, an easy way to access this is to buy a can of spray starting fluid, spray it into the TBI throttle valve and if the truck starts and dies you have no fuel pressure. Replace the fuel; pump, and make sure you get the right pump, it is a low pressure system.
What cause rear brake to stick?
Possible out of adjustment, bad proportioning valve, bad springs on brake shoes, shoes out of alignment, leaking wheel cylinder. Good luck

I would take it to a good mechanic and have him check to see if it needs a tune up or if it has jumpt time. Sometimes the timming chain will stretch if the engene has a lot of miles on it.
What are the cylinder numbers?
Standing in front of the engine, Number one cylinder is the first one on the right. Two is the first one on the left, three is the second one on the right, four is the second on the left...........

Have you checked/replaced the O2 sensor(s). They produce the data that your computer reads. Bad/clogged O2 sensors will trick the ECU into running lean/rich.

You'll need to remove the bolts on the motor mounts and jack up the front of the engine to get enough clearance to get the pan clear once all the pan bolts are removed.
