ok 94 6.5 still had the non electric injection pump which is basically the same as a 6.2 pump but with higher fuel out put for the turbo and extra .3 liters. these pumps are fairly easy to diagnose since they dont have all the added electronics. the problem is getting it to do it so you can see exactly why its doing it. first thing i would do is make sure the supply pump is putting out enough pressure to the injection pump, should be around 14psi. another thing to check would be the relay for the injector pump

IF THAT IS A 4L80 IT DOES NOT HAVE A VACUUM MODULATOR ON THE TRANSMISSION ITS INTERNAL /ELECTRIC

plugged rad. or air in system try bleeding system if it's a car should have bleeder

your not getting any spark check your coil wire

You have a bad battery is the engine doesn't turn over or U did not connect the starter properly

their are 8 of them , 2 located on the back of engine where the tranny bolts, 2 on each side of the block below the heads, their is also 2 on each side of timing cover,
