There is a small shield (baffel) in the oil pan that if put in backwards it will block the dipstick from going all the way in. You need to remove the pan and turn it around. The proper dipstick measurement is the full mark should be even with the bottom of the case or top of the pan.

Flush the system with seafoam. Seafoam is an additive that works to make power steering pumps quieter.

if it has a carby ( you didn't bother to mention carby or EFI), have the carby overhauled as from your description, the accelerator and power sections of the carby are not working, Blocked jets or low float levels if it is EFI have the fault codes read to check for MAF/VAF sensors and/ or heated oxygen sensor problems your description indicates that the engine is not getting excess fuel to provide engine rpm acceleration be it either carby or electronic system

What fuse's ? What all do the fuse's power ? Would need to look at a power distribution diagram ! Need fuse number ! Explain , 4X4 blowing fuse's . T -case fuse #2 20 amp I/P fuse box , #4 gauges fuse 10 amp I/P fuse box Both of these power control module for 4X4 . 4WD fuse # 24 25 amp I/P fuse box .

Do the calipers move freely in and out on the caliper bolts?

Did u take a compression test

Check your fuses, they are more than likely on a separate fuse. And nephews may be broke or shot

Under the intake manifold you might as well do both and you will need a intake manifold gasket set

First check all fuses. If they look good, more than likely brake light switch is bad. Switch is mounted just above brake pedal under the dash. Small plastic switch w/a couple of wires coming from it. Easy fix.

0449 is the vent solenoid its near the fuel tank mounted to the frame .Follow the hose from the fuel pump it will be between the tank and the charcoal canister witch another hose will be going to drivers side rear.
