sounds like a wheel speed sensor. or worst case a abs module. is 4x4 electronic selection?

1. abs and brake light means u need fluid or u have a leak
2. then 4x4 works not all trucks but 50% are like that

Is this fuse also feeding power to something else that is sucking too much power? when it has blown, what else stops working, because there is no power to it? is it dash lights?, the stereo?, any other thing?

It's called the ATC fuse. It should be under the hood in the power center

first of all if its been sitting for a long time you wanna drain the gas tank and put new gas in it then change the oil unless it hasnt been siting for to long anyway the way to get anything out of your engine is to pull the spark plugs and crank it over if anything is in the block the compresion of the engine will spit it out

to fing where is the leak. buy a colorant for antifreeze (dye) start engine and with a black light find where yellow leak appear with the black light

With truck running, try putting the truck in reverse, then neutral, try the brake release again. At first the lever pulled out and the pedal didn't move.
