Sounds like a bad diode and fuse. But also this kind of problems are hard to find even for a technician.

I think you should go for manual first after that it would be easy for you to solve your problem. I had visited this site past 2 months before for my vehicle and find it quite helpful may be you will also get something useful here Best Manuals

No , the steering wheel doesn't need to be pulled off . The wiper switch just pulls out of the steering column .

Verify that the lever (2) is in the center of the OFF position.
Disconnect the electrical connection (3) behind the lever (2).
Remove the switch lever (2) by pulling straightly outward on the lever .

Won't open from outside? Won't open from inside? Equipped with power door locks? IF so, and won't open inside/outside, suspect stuck power door lock actuator. Sometimes working the lock/unlock button will make the door unlock. If not, the door will require disassembly from inside to determine what the failure may be. If the door needs disassembly while in the closed position, the paneling/clips may get damaged FYI

those switches make continuity ( makes the circuit to the brake light ) when we brake our vehicle, then when brake pedal is not being pushed it disengages the circuit, therefore turning off break lights.
Use an ohmeter with no voltage applied to ciruit , check switch With switch engaged ( zero or about zero ohms ), switch disengaged should show infinity ( nothing on the ohmeter ).
