Hello, yes the check valve is in the fuel pump assembly. The check valve is leaking and the pump will burn out soon. Unfortunately the aftermarket fuel pumps can be very unreliable. A good portion of problems we see on this site are from people who replace the pump sometimes twice and it still doesn't work.

its possible your frame is bent.

even though you may have had a intermittent issue check the pcm there may be a code that will help you when/if this happens again

I remember my 94 yukon had a little flap by the heater air box under the dash that was motorized. This went out on me. It is possible the diversion flap on yours, like most cars, is vaccum powered. So if thats the case it is either a vaccum leak, or a bad thermostatic control unit. Chevys have been know for bad controls in these vehivcles. The fan speed switch is a common one to go because it is used most often.

Orange arc? should be a blue color.

Depending on which fuses are blowing, you may have shorted a wire in the harness to the fuel tank.

HelloThe engine and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. You'll have to figureout if it is a fuel or ignition problem.Isthe check engine light on ? Have you checked for trouble codes ?It could be a relay, the ignition module, coil, fuel pump, or a list of other things.
