Check voltage and ground at the blower motor wire connector, with key on and hvac controls on. Purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Use a test light to check. If voltage and ground are good with no blower motor action, suspect the blower motor is faulty.

For starters, unhook the battery when you shut the car off, and that will stop the battery drain. You will need to find a really good mechanic who can trace the short you have in your electrical systems. You have a few systems on your car that draw current all the time. Probably one of these is defective. If you have a radio that has a green light telling you the time, this could be one. If you have an electric fan that runs when the engine is off ( and the radiator is hot) , this is one of those systems. If you have an aftermarket amplifier hooked to the radio, this is one of those systems. Although you already had it checked, the most common cause of your problem is a defective voltage regulator that is inside the alternator. God bless your efforts.

if your key has a pellet you will need to use same key with that pellet this sends info to the bcm to allow car to start

check ignition module first it will stop coils from working. be sure to inspect all plugs for wires ,water can give same problem in wiring plug

Too Much tension on the belt , wrong belt, wrong pump, or the routing of the belt is not parallel to the other pulley. There is some sideways friction going on that is producing heat which is messing up the bearings and causing the pulley to crack or pump to seize up. When you say pulley just broke, are you talking about just the pulley or the whole pulley and steering pump assembly?

Im at a loss for what it could be ??????? That's understandable when you have no clue as how thing's work on a modern automobile . checked the fuel filter and fuel pump ???? How ? Fuel pump pressure an flow test . Voltage drop test the electrical circuit . Testing Electric Fuel Pump Problems with Voltage Drop Test Did you hook up a scan tool ? Not a code reader ! Check scan data ? What are the fuel trims at ? adding fuel taking fuel away ? Are the O2 sensors switching like thier suppose to ? 006 O2 Sensor Signal Analysis 010 Mass Air Flow Signal Analysis Evap emissions system testing , stuck open purge solenoid . Over filled fuel tank . Do you top off the tank ? Or when fuel pump clicks off do you stop ? Loaded up the charcoal canister . The Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP) is used to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere from the fuel tank and fuel system. The EVAP system usually requires no maintenance, but faults can turn on the Check Engine light and prevent a vehicle from passing an OBD II plug-in emissions test. have the battery load tested clean the terminals and battery posts and tighten check for good clean tight ground point for the battery

When the heat gauge shows hot and the hot light comes on the cooling fans must come on therefore there is a problem with the fans. The fuses been replaced so that is ok just check if it is not blown again indicating a short circuit in the fans. If that is OK check the wiring leading to the motor if it is not disconnected somewhere. Look on the engine where the fan heat sensor is by following the wires from the fan and check the connection. Change the fan heat sensor as last resort.

Yes, very likely the belt has gone. Power steering, alternator and waterpump may all be driven by the same belt. Open the hood and look.
