Where is cam sensor located?
the cam sensor is located at the bottom of the timing chain cover just off center line, here is a picture of it, would like to know the code you have, the crank sensor is the more common part to fail. You also don't say engine type, there are 3 engines, this solution is for a 6.0L gas V8
Driveshaft vibration
remove drive shaft, check for stiff, frozen, or loose u-joint. make sure you block the wheels first.
