Cannot get fuel into tank. nozzle keeps clicking
Hello, Its probably something simple like an obstruction in your breather tube located right beside your fuel inlet tube or your inlet tube itself being plugged with something foreign. Very rarely is it your vapor canister.

Go to autozone or similar and get a leak detection kit. Make sure you get the one for oil type. The kit contains a uv dye that u add to the power steering fluid, a flashlight that detects the dye, a special pair of glasses that allows you to see the dye. Refill power steering fluid add dye when fluid leaks out put on glasses and shine flashlight on engine starting at power steering tank and work way down all lines and fittings until you see the glow from dye. The foam is caused by air in the system

Check that the body ground is clean and tight. I'm talking of the connection to your instrument panel. This connection be loose or corroded can make for improper impulses and incorrect readings. Lower impulses at lower speeds may be correct because it doesn't need the power as much for slower impulses. Only makes sense.

Check the timing and compression. Get a shop manual for your car and use it to set up the mixture adjustments properly. Crossing the HT leads out of order did not cause any damage.
1998 beetle leaking coolant
First of all, it's a VW, so it shouldn't have ANY "neon green stuff", it should have pink G12 coolant from VW. If the leak is getting worse, it's a hose failing, and splitting worse and worse under the cooling system pressure. find the leaking hose and replace it, but I'd recommend using a VW specific mechanic, so the "neon green stuff" doesn't make it back into your car, where it shouldn't be.

I would start by scanning the car, your Audi friend should be able to help, being that they are basically the same car. If nothing appears then start looking at wire harnesses and grounds, VW uses brown wires for it's grounds very common to have a bad engine ground to mess you up. Good luck.
