Where is the fuse box for a 2000 ford contour?
under the dash way back in there..you have to grab it and pull it down to change fuses and then snap it back up....there is also a relay box under the hood next to the battery...I hate where they put the fuses for the interior...so hard to get to

Why wont vehicle turn over
Is the anti-theft light lit ? Is the starter relay good ? Do you know what a relay is ? Are the battery cables good ? I would start will the starter relay circuit's if the anti-theft light is not lit.! The starter relay along with the starter relay diode is located in the battery junction box in the engine compartment. The relay is K-22 . If you pull out the relay an look on the bottom of the relay you should see four sets of numbers 30,87 an 85 ,86 . If you take a jumper wire (12-14 gage ) an jump pins 30 an 87 if the battery cables & connections are good the starter will crank . Pin's 85 &86 are the control side of the relay . One of these comes from the ignition switch when is start position an the other goes through the transmission range sensor (park neutral switch) To ground or the PCM if yours has a V-8 . Now if when you jump pins 30 & 87 an nothing happens you have bad connections or the battery cable is bad . You can go on youtube an check out videos on voltage drop testing the starter circuit .

Why wont vehicle start?
There are many, many reasons why a car wont start and it is very difficult to give you advice because of this. You are better to have it transported to a local car repairer and they will be able to work out what is wrong.

Overheating. Replaced housing, thermostat, sensor, gasket. drained & refilled with antifreeze. There is no pressure in the upper radiator hose....shouldn't there be? Fan nor gauge work. Help??
I would want to check coolant flow into the radiator, if possible. Does your radiator have a cap, can you stick your finger way down in the coolant, cold engine. Some cross-flow radiators you can drain the coolant down far enough to see the top two coolant passages. Then with thermostat removed and everything hooked up, the coolant flow is instant, when you crank it. Sometimes I do this just for testing. If no coolant flow, have to check water pump and belt. I can't tell from here if there might be blockages in the engine coolant passages?

How do I fix the timing belt?
There are timing belt idlers and tensioner and variable valve timing on the exhaust cam. Any of those can make noise. I would get it repaired as soon as possible as not to damage anything.

Air Flow won't switch from Windshield to panel
it either a vacuum line the plug for it or a wire has broken off of one of these you can operate them manually
look for these units on the heater case and make sure you try to operate them manually first if you disconnect the glove box door it might be easier to get to them
