You do not have to replace complete turbo for VAG solenoid problem, you can buy it separately, but first test you VAG unit, behind your right side head light, 2 narrow hoses at top, one narrow hose at bottom, disconnect bottom hose and block the hose with your finger to check for suction while your buddy pressing accelerator pedal a little bit, if suction there, check turbo and turbos attachments

check the driveshaft,bushings,shaft itself etc

I did this exact thing.. I see your date of posting is a while ago, however let me know how you ended up.. If you leave the battery connected while installing the relay you can short it out causing the problem all over again.. also there is a couple points that run along that wiring harness that are known to rub through.. let me know how you did!

The new 3.0L doesnt have a block heater.. Not with Dodge anyway.. you can
buy an in-line heater that splices into the lower radiator hose and will heat up the coolant.. you could also program your auxillary heater to come on before you get up in the morning.. should be in your manual.. let me know if that helps?

this is a sealed transmission, it has no stick stick, the fluid must be checked by the dealer using an electronic scan tool.

If it is in there check also on the drivers side of the engine block. Often , on new models the ECU is mounted behind the fuel filter housing.
Another way to find the ECU is following the wiring that are coming from the fuse box, on one way they go toward the device, on the other they go to the car computer

Usually transmission fluid needs to warm up to work more efficiently, but if you have clean fluid and the proper fluid lvl then you still shouldnt really have this problem. I recommend a filter and fluid change on tranny.. That should fix the problem. Hopefully.....Good Luck

is there 2 horns ? both need to be conected. check the ground, then check the wire in the steringwheel under the horn button it may have come off .and if not that then check the horn relay switch

you can call any dealer and give them vin number, they will give you radio code over the phone, you do not have to go there, remember to say magic word; PLEASE

A block heater would certainly help, especially based on your description. It may already have one, look around the radiator area for a plug.

Your computer may be bad or you will have to reprogram the keys.

1. Get in your car and put the key in the ignition. Make sure all of the doors and the trunk are closed.
   
2. Step 2 Turn your key one click to the right to begin the programming sequence.
   
3. Step 3 Turn your key one more click to the right and then back once to the left. Repeat this process five times in quick succession within ten seconds.
   
4. Step 4 Press the lock key on your keyless remote within five seconds of completing your fifth rotation with your Volvo key.
   
5. Step 5 Turn the ignition off on your Volvo, and press any key on your keyless remote to test the programming.
