Creaking sound while turning steering wheel
There's a chance that the ball joints need grease. This should help, however once they have started to make noise like that due to lack of grease, they usually have gone bad. Replacement may be the only remedy. Hope this helps.

you probably need the switch on the transfercase ,its a easy fix and not to expensive,you check the wiring to the switch just to make sure,im 99% sure its the switch

The Bus communication wiring is either open or shorted some where you will need to diagnose Bus voltages to each module. A Chrysler dealer should be able to do a module scan and see which module is not communicating on the bus or diagnose Bus communication.

Start with the simple and sometimes obvious but overlooked, the battery. Disconnect and clean and connect and tighten securely, then check. It could be that simple or even to the point of needing a new PCM. Start simple and go from there, never underestimate the connection to the battery.

The PCM. They are referred to ECM PCM etc, if that is what your looking for it is inside the engine bay on the RH side (passenger) inner fender right about in the middle you will find a aluminum box with about 4 plugs plugged into it.
