What code is it showing for the leak detection pump ? That pump along with all sensors on the vehicle can set more then one code , most can set half a dozen ! Circuit volt high , circuit voltage low , open , short to power , short to ground etc... You probably have a wiring problem , I'd say it's time to find a new mech. Plus you can not just swap PCM/ECM - engine computers , they need to be reconfigured an programmed . Or other problems will pop up . With the check engine light on codes or set !

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop . The New BCM you put in ,you did it ,or a qualified repair shop ? Has to be programmed for the anti-theft system key codes .

I replaced the blower resistor in my 2001, located in the air box near the blower motor, and it works fine. I found a page on the internet that told how to do it. Pretty easy and costs around $45 at the local parts store. My mechanic shop wanted over $200 to fix it. Takes a 1/4 drive socket set, a wire crimper/stripper, and some wire connectors. I also had to replace the plug from the wiring harness which was burnt and probably the cause of the problem. I got one out of a junkyard. If the plug is bad, you might have to replace just that.

It is acually called the vehicle speed sensor I do believe. It should should be located on the top of your transmission with a wiring harness attached to it. It should also have 1 bolt holding it in also. Whatever you do, do not rotate the gear when you remove it. Try to mark the exact way it came out when you replace the sensor. When you pull the sensor out it will have this gear attached to it which will need to be placed into the new sensor and put back into the vehicle in the same way it came out or you will throw a code and it will not be pretty. Good luck, hopefully I didn't scare you it can be a simple repair just mind your P's and Q's.

if i am not mistaken the fuel filter is built into the fuel pump. which requires you to drop the tank and replace both.

Possibility of a vacuum leak somewhere around your engine. That would cause what you are experiencing and cause a check engine light as well.

Good luck.

Probably the front blower has an open fuse or is defective.

Most likely the bumper cover will have to be removed, but not the entire bumper. It will require removing a few screws and then a couple of pop in fasteners.
