Pin # 23 isn't going to send anything , this is an input to the PCM to signify crank is being requested . That's all just a signal for the PCM starting is being requsted . An the crank fuse doesn't have anything to do with power to pin 76 . The crank fuse B+ power comes from the ignition switch when in the start position an goes to pin # 23 at the PCM . B+ voltage from the PCM/ ABS fuse in the I/P fuse block goes to an through the park neutral safety switch to the coil side of the starter relay an on to pin 76 at the PCM

You could replace the sensor or try disconnecting the DRL control module .What relay was replaced ? I see no relay on wiring diagrams or in service info. Replacing the Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) Ambient Light Sensor isn't hard . Just take the top dash pad off ,easy . Removal Procedure Remove the instrument panel (IP) upper trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console. Remove the security system LED. Refer to LED Indicator Replacement - Vehicle Security System in Theft Deterrent. Twist the DRL sensor counterclockwise in order to remove the sensor from the IP upper trim. Remove the DRL sensor from the wiring harness. Removal Procedure Remove the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim. Important: Remove the upper trim panel slowly, the retainer clips could possibly fall into the instrument panel. Lift the instrument panel (IP) upper trim panel approximately 51 mm (2 in) and pull rearward to release the retainers. Remove the DRL ambient light sensor. It has air in the line. let ir idle with the radiator cap off for a little while and the air will work its way out. You may have bigger issues, but I do not think you need to clean heater core because you get heat sometimes. Do you see a lot of bubbles when you take the radiator cap off when running, head gasket if so.. You can take the cap loose while the engine is running, but not after you stop it, it will be to hot. The door jamb is built into the door latch, that's why you don't see the old style door jamb switch. The door lock is also built into the latch. May have other issues with the door locks.

The ignition switch when turned to the start position send's a voltage signal to the PCM - engine computer .The PCM will energize the starter relay to crank the engine . PCM / ABS 10amp fuse in the I/P fuse box supply's B+ voltage to the park / neutral safety switch . When in park or neutral the B+ voltage goes through the control side of the relay to the PCM which will supply a ground to energize the starter relay .

That would be a symptom of a crankshaft postion sensor going bad . Shorting out when heated up . But unfortunately thier are other sensors that can cause the same problem . Plus the ICM - ignition control module could cause that problem as well . OH yea , almost forgot you vehicle has two crankshaft position sensors . You best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic tools to trouble shoot the problem . check if engine management light is on on dsh. check plugs see that they are not fouled and if they have correct gap.

with a mechanical oil pressure gauge most good garages have such a gauge and know how to fit it

Look in the engine compartment. Some vehicles also have another fuse box inside either under steering wheel or on left end of dash while the door is open.

First drain your oil. This does not mean it is totally empty and make sure you do this when your car is cooled down. Hot oil sucks. From there loosen the bolts. There will be 12 to 16 of them. Pull the pan off and there you go. If you do pull this off, plan on replacing the gasket. When putting it back on it is very important to tighten these evenly going back and forth from side to side and not all in a row.

Does the radio say "LOC" or does it read "000"? Which AC-Delco radio do you have? Are there 5 or 6 pre-set buttons for selecting a station? Did you consult your Owners Manual? There is a procedure the dealer can do to unlock the radio, but I know how to get the unlock codes for free.

If the motor is working, the linkage between the motor and the wipers has broken. I don't have a Venture, but usually there is a plastic panel below the windshield, where the wiper arms are mounted. You remove the wiper arms, then remove the plastic panel (might be screws or it might just snap out) to get at the linkage and motor. Dealer or auto parts store should be able to order new linkage arms for you.

Check the wires good, that go to starter. And the starter solenoid. Clean and tighten all starter wires. radiator fan may not be coming on make sure you can hear it running. Fan motor or relay is probably bad

if it revs up as it warms up there must be a vaccum selenoids or hose is leaking or defective check fr any OBD2code also have the throttle body clean and inspect all the hoses that go to and from the vaccum ports here's diagram good luck!
